As President and CEO, Dave is responsible for leading and optimizing Titan’s strategic growth and development, day-to-day operations, and company policies and procedures. He actively provides support to clients through his industry expertise, advising clients on the most effective security solutions for their specific needs, and identifying and assembling the best team of professionals that have the right blend of managerial talent, operational abilities, and subject-matter proficiency, who are dedicated to Titan’s commitment to providing quality security services.

Since joining Titan in 2010, Dave has played a significant role in the substantial growth and expansion of the company’s personnel, market penetration, service offerings, and new client acquisition.

Prior to Titan, Dave was a Sr. Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services team. He was responsible for providing financial advice for private equity buyers and both strategic buyers and sellers.

He is an active member of the BOMA/Chicago Emergency Preparedness Committee. Dave holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Marksman Security was founded in 2003 by Mr. Mark E. Radi, a South Florida based entrepreneur and former law enforcement officer, to fill an unmet demand for a professional, performance-driven security service. Radi was introduced to security infrastructures at a very young age, living abroad with his family at U.S. embassies in turbulent areas such as Pakistan and Egypt while his father served as a diplomat.

His background encompasses several years serving as a law enforcement officer in South Florida as well as 20 plus years of private security experience. He had always aspired to own his own company, and in 2003 seized the opportunity when he established Marksman Security Corporation to serve the security needs of businesses and communities throughout South Florida.

Throughout his career, Mr. Radi has focused on three core values that he attributes to the success of Marksman Titan Security Group: integrity, consistency, and long-lasting relationships with clients and employees.

Mr. Radi attained his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from Lynn University. He is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) and is a supporter of the Police Athletic League, Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Lynn University.

As CAO, Mr. Ezekiel Kaufman’s leadership, insight, and operational expertise have strengthened Marksman Titan’s culture of innovation and collaboration, expanded the company into new markets, and extended its portfolio and scope of service.

Prior to joining Marksman Titan in 2006, Mr. Kaufman was an attorney with a national law firm, focusing on commercial real estate transactions and condominium/community association development. Mr. Kaufman earned his Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2003 and his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Hotel Administration in 2000. Mr. Kaufman is a member of the Florida, Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C., bar associations.

As a volunteer Guardian ad Litem before the courts of Florida’s Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Mr. Kaufman represents the interests of children removed from their homes and placed in foster care because of abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Mr. Kaufman was awarded the 2012 Rookie Guardian ad Litem of the Year Award for his work in this area. He is also a supporter of Voices for Children.

Shezad Moten first entered the private security sector while attaining his Criminology degree. Having carefully honed his knowledge in various avenues of the security industry over the last 22 years, he quickly recognized that he had an ability to deliver standout customer service while never losing focus on the operational and logistical challenges that go hand in hand with securing a variety of communities and facilities.

Joining forces with Marksman Titan in 2012, he works at strengthening the organization by ensuring that its culture of customer service and innovation remains on par with its identity as a leader in the security services industry. Moten comes to Marksman Titan with a wealth of experience, including a 10-year stint as president of a South Florida-based security firm he helped found in 2002. His other experiences range from directing security operations for award-winning commercial buildings in Atlanta to designing and implementing security protocols for some of the country’s most exclusive gated communities.

Moten holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from the University of Florida and is a proud member of the Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity. He is also a member of ASIS and The National Council of Investigation and Security Services (NCISS).

Isaac Lund joined Titan as CFO in 2022 and is responsible for Titan’s financial reporting, accounting, payroll, sales, pricing, procurement, and IT. He also participates in strategic plan development, merger and acquisition (M&A) activity, and contributes to the overall management of the company.

Prior to Titan, Isaac was CFO of Ohio Medical, a global leader in medical suction and oxygen therapy devices, and medical air and vacuum systems. Previously, Isaac was VP Corporate Development and M&A with National Express LLC, a global transportation company. He brings over 17 years of financial experience leading productive teams in finance, corporate development and IT built through proactive leadership and mentorship. He has completed over 35 M&A deals on both the buy and sell side. He started his career in public accounting with Protiviti and later Deloitte. He holds a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy, both from University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Ross McCarthy joined Titan as Head of HR in 2021 and is responsible for the oversight and activities of the HR department, including recruiting and onboarding, training and development, engagement and retention, and employee and labor relations. Ross also works to maintain and build upon Titan’s strong culture and to make Titan an even better place to work.

Prior to Titan, Ross was VP of HR at The Parking Spot, the nation’s leading off-airport parking company with 38 locations in 16 states. During his tenure, The Parking Spot grew significantly, both organically and through acquisition and greenfield projects in new markets, while increasing its Net Promoter Score (NPS) to industry-leading levels and reducing employee turnover significantly below the industry. Previously, Ross was Global HR Director of two business units of IDEX Corporation, a $2B publicly traded operating company with over 40 business units globally. He also has held a variety of HR leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corporation, including in retail, supply chain, and corporate functions, was a consultant with Mercer, a large HR and management consulting firm, and started his career at Sloan Valve Company, a global manufacturer of plumbing products.

Ross holds a BS in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.

Jason Sikora is a security sales executive with over 18 years of experience in the security industry. He has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, fostering innovation, and driving strategic revenue growth. As the Chief Revenue Officer at Marksman Titan Security Group, Jason leverages his expertise in business development, marketing, strategic partnerships, team building, and process improvement to scale operations into new markets.

Prior to his role as CRO, Jason served as Director of Sales for one of the largest security services companies in the world, where he played a key role in shaping and driving sales strategies while fostering client relationships. Before transitioning into sales, he managed security and life safety operations for facilities ranging from 500,000 to 2 million square feet in both downtown Chicago and its suburbs.

Jason is an active volunteer leader in the security industry and currently serves on the North American Board of Directors for ASIS International, where he helps guide strategy across the U.S. and Canada. He also founded the Young Professionals & Emerging Leaders in Security (YPELS) networking group, helping to foster the next generation of talent in the industry.

Jason has been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Chairman’s Award from the Illinois Security Professionals Association, the Outstanding Young Professional finalist designation from ASIS International, and the BOMA Chicago Affiliate Member of the Year Award in 2020. He is board certified in Security Management as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) through ASIS International.

Heathman oversees Marksman Titan’s Southeast operations, bringing his two decades of senior leadership experience in the security industry to our team. During the course of his career, he has provided his expertise to clients in a variety of market segments including Residential Luxury Condos, Commercial Real Estate, Fortune 500 Corporate Campuses, Higher Education, Manufacturing and Healthcare. Heathman is a proven industry leader who champions a results-driven professional philosophy in all areas of security services business model. Heathman forged his knowledge of the security staffing industry while working in some of the most competitive and diverse markets in the United States.

Heathman has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to develop a best-in-class product for clients while never losing focus on the importance of supporting his internal teams. His dedication to teamwork and client satisfaction truly highlights his commitment to not only Marksman Titan’s culture but it’s growth as well.

Heathman is a graduate of the University of Iowa, having earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, as well as another in Entrepreneurial Management.

Jason Logsdon’s skills, expertise and experience in property, service, personnel and fiscal management proved instrumental in Marksman Titan’s ability to maintain accountability and consistency throughout its westward expansion.

Prior to joining Marksman Titan, Logsdon was General Manager for a luxury high-rise in Florida. Notably, he maintains his credentials today as a licensed community association manager and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas High-rise and Condominium Association as it’s Vice President. Mr. Logsdon’s previous experience includes over a decade in hotel management/operations for upscale, select-service hotels in Virginia, Washington and Las Vegas followed by branch management in Florida for two of the nation’s largest national banks.

Jason is an alumnus of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and gained leadership experience with the U.S. Army Reserve and is a member of ASIS, IREM, CAI, the LVHCA and IFMA.

Paul joined Titan in 2023 as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing our physical security operations across the country and supporting clients and field teams in their day-to-day needs.

Prior to joining Titan, Paul spent over 20 years working in executive roles in the private security industry, supporting numerous verticals and company initiatives. Prior to his work in security, he served as a police officer in Bedford Heights, Ohio for 8 years.

Paul holds a BA in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Valparaiso University in Indiana.

Mark has been with Titan since August of 1995 and has over 35 years of experience with integrated electronics and security systems. Mark leads Titan’s primary electronic security offerings including design build projects and security consulting engagements. In his role, Mark works directly with Titan’s clients to ensure that security-related design concepts will realize our client’s strategic vision and meet the specific needs of each property. During these engagements, Mark and his team will introduce products and ideas regarding system design and will analyze and provide security-specific design drawings.

Prior to joining Titan, Mark worked in a team-oriented approach in which he designed, installed, and maintained electronic security systems for several firms throughout the U.S. and North America. Mark earned his BA degree in Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is licensed by the State of Illinois as an Alarm Contractor.

Craig joined Titan in 2021 and has a background in the electrical industry that started in 1998. He has extensive experience leading large-scale projects for both integrated electronics and security systems solutions. He has served in a variety of roles related to electronics, spanning from an installer all the way up to senior management.

Prior to joining Titan, Craig worked for a Chicago-based security integrator company. He is driven to provide clients with exceptional support through operational insight and expertise for design, sales, project management, service, and installation. He has substantial project experience implementing security technology solutions for some of the largest firms in the Chicagoland area.
