In collaboration with our cross-sector public safety partners, Titan Security Group is actively monitoring the following anticipated special events and protests in or near the Chicago Loop. Listings are updated on a regular basis, and are presented in two-week chronological periods.
Anticipated Events and Protests
- Thursday, July 30 to Sunday, August 2: 200 S Columbus (Grant Park), Group will gather for their event “Lollapalooza Music Festival”
- Saturday, August 1 at 3:00pm: 205 N Michigan (Fox News), Group will gather/march for their cause “Chicago Rally! Music. March. Mayhem.”
- Saturday, August 1 at 4:00pm: 401 N. Wabash (Trump Tower), Group will gather for their cause “Chicago Rally! Music. March. Mayhem. Democracy.”
- Monday, August 3 at 5:30pm: 500 W Madison (Israeli Consulate), Group may gather for their cause “Hands Off the West Bank”
- Tuesday, August 4 at 1:00pm: 1000 N Lake Shore Dr. (Oak Street Beach), Group may gather for their event “Bow Bow Bow” *
- Friday, August 7 at 8:30pm: 201 E Randolph (Millennium Park), Group may gather for their event “Millennium Park Takeover” *
- Saturday, August 8 at 10:00am: 5500 S Martin Luther King, Group will gather/march for their event “Annual Bud Billiken Parade” **
- Saturday August 15 to Sunday August 16: 1600 N Lake Shore (North Ave Beach), Group will gather for their event “Chicago Air & Water Show” ^
- Ongoing: Short-notice protests opposing current federal administration policies will continue with localized traffic and transit disruptions

Event/Protest Best Practices
- If you see something suspicious, report it

- Choose a landmark to meet at in case you are separated from your group
- Utilize the buddy system
- Remain alert and be observant of surroundings

- Follow your own instincts
- Leave yourself room to move quickly
