Security SiteSupervisors oversee and manage site activity. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Security Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinatingthe safety and security of the site, employees, and assets. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary security point of contact representing Client
Assist in the development and implementation of Client site security plans and procedures as needed
May conduct security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
May assist in security events / incidents and provide reports to management
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure work environment
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in site security
Ensure access to site is being delivered and maintained
Conduct monthly access compliance reviews and investigate discrepancies
Support the distribution and destruction of badges
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
4+ years of experience in corporate security or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., criminal justice, security management) preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Valid Private Security Services license or the ability to obtain said license within first 30 days
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation skills, ability to facilitate small group discussions
Decisive critical thinker with demonstrated ability in analytics and metrics
Strong computer skills, knowledge of software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Experience with security software and systems (e.g., access control, CCTV)
