Medgar Love comes to Marksman Titan with more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, previously holding positions as both a Director of Security and Director of Operations. For the past twelve years, he has been an indispensable asset to Marksman Titan, implementing security programs for some of South Florida’s most prestigious properties and facilities.

Love’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence make him a natural leader. He is a constant support to his staff and clients alike. In addition to conducting site surveys to identify critical areas of concern, Love also teaches customer service courses at many of Marksman Titan’s venues. Love oversees all account executives and directs operations for the Florida market.

Customer service and client satisfaction are values Warris Moten has derived from his 18 plus years of experience in the security industry. He has worked in just about every capacity, starting as a security officer and rising to executive leadership. His expertise involves providing customized security solutions for all verticals Marksman Titan operates in.

As Senior Vice President, Moten contributes to the success of our internal and external processes, develops operational policies and ensures our human capital remains on par with our identity as a leader in the industry. He also manages initiatives to advance Marksman’s strategic vision across the country.

Moten participates in networking and industry organizations such as ASIS, BOMA, CAI and IFMA.
