Troy Blume has nearly three decades of experience in the security and retail management industries.  As one of the security industry’s leading executives, Blume has a proven track record of implementing security programs, client relations and exceeding business growth strategies.

Blume began his career in 1994 as a Public Safety Officer at Sherman Oaks Fashion Square in Southern California.  He relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, in May 2001, and served as Director of Public Safety at Crossroads Plaza/Key Bank Tower.  In 2002, he worked extensively with the Salt Lake Organizing Committee and local authorities, successfully implementing security procedures at the XIX Olympic Winter Games.

Before joining Marksman Titan, Blume was Vice President of Operations at a large security services provider in Phoenix, Arizona. While there, he expanded the company’s business in Utah, Colorado, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona.

In February 2022, he joined Marksman Titan as a Vice President and leads our growth efforts as we continue to expand along the Wasatch Front. In his role, he is responsible for the full-service security operations, consulting, and other support services in connection with digital technologies.
